ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges. You are ordering a custom made product made specifically for you. Please  contact us if you do have any issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can look furthermore into the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any damages or issues.

Cosmic Creations is not responsible for loss, damaged or stolen Packages. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is not our responsibility, so please contact them if you have any issues. Thank You!
